Split Store accepts payments through PayPal and Stripe gateways. We have found these to be the easiest and safest ways for our customers to make payment. If you would like to discuss your options further, you are welcome to contact our friendly team on 9302 2364 to discuss alternate payment options. 

Absolutely! As long as you are located within the Perth metro area, we can arrange installation of your new air conditioning system. If you are unsure if we install in your area, please contact our friendly team to confirm prior to adding installation to your order.

All of our installations are completed through the Suburban Splits installation teams. 

All of our installation teams are local, family-run businesses, who have been with us for many years. Our contractors all have current licenses, registrations and insurances to complete the required works. Our installers are held to a high standard and are required to take photos of each install for our records. 

Note: Air conditioner manufacturers’ require that all air conditioning systems be installed by licensed contractors to be covered by their warranty. Always check with your contractor before installation to ensure you aren’t being caught out with a cheap deal!

In the event that your system is out of stock at the manufacturer, Split Store will contact your directly with a timely solution. If we cannot source the unit you are after within a reasonable time frame then we may offer you an upgrade in size or model (at no extra charge) or refund your payment in full.

Split Store deals directly with each manufacturer. We only supply brand new, in the box, products with a full manufacturers warranty. Please note, all stock images and graphics are for display purposes only. The final product may vary slightly from the images on our website. 

The easiest way is to use the length and width of the room you will be installing the system into, to get the floor space (m2). For example, a room that measures 4m in length and 4m in width would have a floor space of 16m2.

You then multiply this value by 0.142 to get the required capacity (in kW) for the room. 

16 x 0.142 = 2.27kW

In this example, we would recommend looking at a 2.5kW system. We do not recommend sizing down / below the recommended kW capacity to ensure that the unit you install is powerful enough to service the space you need it to. If you have higher than standard ceilings we also suggest sizing up to allow for the additional space.

We sure do! Site visits are required prior to finalising pricing on all ducted and multi-split installations. We can usually quote for standard back to back and simpler split system installations over the phone or using client supplied photos. If you are still unsure about your options after speaking with our team, we can arrange a hassle-free site visit to discuss your options and provide a quote. 

Please note: from October – February our capacity for site visits is limited due to the high volume of enquiries our team receives. During these peak periods, we appreciate your patience and recommend getting in early to avoid disappointment or delays.

Absolutely! Our team can provide a comprehensive quote and design based on your house plans (as long as they are clearly labelled with correct dimensions). Ducted air conditioning estimates cannot be provided without detailed house plans or a pre-arranged site visit.

Where you no longer require the system you have ordered, Split Store may be able to refund your order. If your unit has not been ordered/allocated yet then a refund will be offered, less any fees that were charged at time of payment. This includes, but is not limited to, Stripe and PayPal fees. If your unit has been ordered/allocated then a 15% restocking fee may apply. 

Where delivery or installation has been ordered/paid for and your suburb is not covered by our couriers or installation teams, Split Store will refund the applicable delivery/installation costs less any fees charged at time of purchase. If you are unable to collect your unit/s from our Wangara location then a refund my be offered less a 15% restocking fee.
